1. General information about shipping

1.1. The goods are delivered exclusively within European countries.

1.2. Shipping is carried out by a specialized shipping company. Delivery to packing stations or PO boxes is not possible.

1.3. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer when the order is confirmed. Please note that all delivery times are indicative and depend on the availability of the products.

2. Shipping

2.1. The shipping costs depend on the product ordered and the delivery location. The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process.

2.2. Unless otherwise stated, the customer bears the shipping costs. These are shown separately on the invoice.

2.3. For orders that include multiple products, shipping costs are calculated based on the product with the highest shipping costs.

3. Delivery and transfer of risk

3.1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

3.2. If delivery is not possible for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g. incorrect delivery address or failure to arrive), the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery attempt.

3.3. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer or a recipient designated by him when the goods are handed over. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the forwarding agent or freight carrier.

4. Partial deliveries

4.1 CandyCube is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer.

4.2. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred by the customer for partial deliveries if these have been expressly agreed.

5. Delivery delays

5.1. If an ordered product cannot be delivered on time because CandyCube is not supplied by its supplier through no fault of its own, the customer will be informed immediately. In this case, CandyCube is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any consideration already provided by the customer will be reimbursed immediately.

5.2. In the event of delays in delivery due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), the delivery period will be extended accordingly. The customer will be informed of this immediately.

6. Inspection of goods and transport damage

6.1. The customer is requested to check the delivered goods upon receipt for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to report any complaints immediately to the shipping company and CandyCube.

6.2. If the customer fails to provide this information, this will have no effect on his statutory warranty claims. However, prompt feedback will facilitate the processing of claims for damages against the shipping company.

7. Self-collection

7.1 For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

8. Shipping delays

8.1. If there are delays in shipping that are not caused by CandyCube, the customer will be informed immediately.

8.2. If delivery cannot be made after a reasonable grace period, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, CandyCube will refund all payments already made.
